Gratitude Program

This Reward Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Galgal Reward Programme”) stipulates the various reward schemes offered by Umunthu System Private Limited, a private limited company having its registered office at 710, Trade Centre, Opposite MTNL Building, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East Mumbai – 400051 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company” or “Galgal”), to its end user (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “User”, “Customer”) in relation to the use of the website www.galgal.money and/or the mobile application ‘Galgal’ available at Android/ iOS platforms (collectively referred to as the “Online Platform”).

Galgal Reward Programme shall include the following programmes:  

  1. Sign up Rewards
  2. Monthly Spend Rewards
  3. Visa Card Offers
 

1. SIGN-UP REWARDS

  • Eligibility:
  1. User is required to sign-up and deposit a minimum amount of INR 500 in the wallet within first month.
  2. User shall not deposit such amount through wallet-to-wallet transfer but through bank account or UPI.
  3. Period of one (1) month shall be calculated from the day when User signs up irrespective of making any transaction or not (thirty (30) days will be counted as a month and sign-up day is included).

 

  • Earning:
  1. Upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria, User will be rewarded a voucher of INR 50.
  2. Voucher will be credited into the User’s account after seven (7) days of successfully fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
  3. The equivalent amount of the voucher can be redeemed and used for offers/products/services that are offered by the respective voucher partner as per the terms specified in the voucher.

2. REWARDS ON MONTHLY SPEND

  • Eligibility:
  1. User will need to place request for a physical Debit Card.
  2. Monthly spending of the User should be transacted through Galgal’s wallet, Debit Card or UPI.
  3. Thirty (30) days is the time period in which such amount to be spent and said period shall be counted from the first day of User’s sign up irrespective of the transaction and the 30th day from the sign-up will be the last day for the eligibility of this offer. New period shall start from the 31st day.
  4. Rewards will only be credited on the successful fulfilment of the orders/ purchase. In case, the orders/ purchase have not been fulfilled for any reason whether on behalf of the User or the third party seller including but not limited to the cancellation, return or whatsoever, such orders/purchase shall not qualify for the purpose of Monthly Spend Reward.
  5. Rewards will only be credited for Qualified Purchases (“Qualified Purchases”) for rewards. Galgal will have the sole and final discretion in identifying a purchase as a Qualified Purchase for rewards. The following transactions do not qualify, and will therefore not be eligible for rewards:
    1. money transferred to financial or political institutions,
    2. payments made at courts or for legal matters,
    3. money transferred to digital wallets, and
    4. transactions made at restricted merchants (which don’t strictly qualify as “purchases of genuine goods and services”)

 

  • Earnings
  1. Upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria, User shall be entitled to a voucher equivalent to the value upto 2.5 percent of the monthly spend in the following denominations:
    1. Voucher worth INR 25 on the monthly spend of INR 1000
    2. Voucher worth INR 50 on the monthly spend of INR 2000
    3. Voucher worth INR 125 on the monthly spend of INR 5000
  2. Voucher will be credited into the User’s account after thirty (30) days of successfully fulfilling the eligibility criteria
  3. Voucher can be redeemed only on the voucher partner’s platform including but not limited to Amazon, Myntra, Bigbasket, Flipkart, Swiggy, The Man Company, Lakme, Nykaa, Bookmyshow, Ola, Vero Moda, Make My Trip, Uber.
  4. Every Voucher shall have the description as to on what terms it is redeemable and what is the expiry date of the voucher. Galgal and the voucher partners offering the voucher shall have the discretion as to the applicability and redemption of the voucher.
  5. Voucher can only be availed by the User and shall not be transferred to any other user.

3. VISA CARD OFFERS

User may also be entitled to the various ‘Visa Card Offers’ offered by VISA. Eligibility for such offers shall be in accordance to the terms and conditions provided by VISA. 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Galgal reserves its right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at its own discretion.
  2. Further, Galgal reserves the right to disqualify any User, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
  3. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with Galgal.
  4. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Galgal to continue the Galgal Reward Programme or to substitute the Galgal Reward Programme by a similar or a new programme.
  5. The User shall not hold Galgal responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a User incurs, in normal course of availing the Galgal Reward Programme.
  6. Galgal also reserves the right to discontinue the Galgal Reward Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by Galgal to continue the Galgal Reward Programme.
  7. Further, Galgal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
  8. These Galgal Reward Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions.
